Overview
Authors describe the organization and operation of the assessement service, which is now being reunited as an assessment service of the Labour Office and assessment service of the Czech Social Security Administration. They present results of MoLSA survey called „ Doctors and Public’s opinion on the Medical Assessment Service operation“. The aim of the research (based on the assessment doctors’, medical experts’ and laics’ opinion on the operation of the assessment service) was to implement the measures to improve its operation and thus to support its personnel stabilization. The most important fact found is the necessity to join the assessment service closer to some related „clinical medical field“.
