The authors deal with the possibilities to extend indications for the applicationof so called primary sinuslift.A titanium splintwas developed, which brings about a substantialimprovement of primary stability of implants in the sinuslift cavity and consequently a significantimprovement in the results of these therapeutic procedures. The authors inform aboutthe therapeutic procedure and their experience in the application of this method. The contributionis a part of the results of the Research Task IGA NK 6065-32000.
