Authors attend to case of young woman with alveolar proteinosis. Alveolar proteinosis is infrequent disease, which is repeatedly forgotten indifferential diagnosis diffuse pneumopathy processes. Complaint has common clinical features than other pulmonary affection. The sole crediblediagnostic method is lung biopsy and sample histologic adjusting. The bronchoalveolar lavage is only efficient therapeutic way today.
