Overview

Laparoscopic transperitoneal nephrectomy (TLNE) is common approach for removing kidney for benign but mainly for malignant tumours of parenchyma. There is a standard of care in category T1-2 unsuitable for nephron sparing surgery. Authors with opinions with nearly 400 cases of TLNE present at the article their standard accomplishment of TLNE.
