Overview
The Hodgkin lymphoma variant of Richter transformation (HV-RS) is a rare, prognostically poor complication of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), whereby CLL transforms into Hodgkin lymphoma. This case report presents a CLL patient, with histologically proven HV-RS diagnosed on ibrutinib therapy.
