Overview
The paper presents experience of a physician reviewer from the up-to-date implementation of the programme of breast cancer screening. Basic information on its intentions, goals, conditions for implementation, refunding by a health insurance company and suggestions for control are presented. At the end, some proposals are presented which would require improvement of legislation in collaboration with health professionals. Clear conditions for providing health care with a high quality backround of legal and sublegal norms provide a certain guarantee of quality to participants of the system of public health insurance and at the same time they eliminate possible ethical contradictions.
