Overview

Objective:
Monitoring the effect of computerized cognitive training and movement training for a period of 10 weeks in the case study senior with MCI with an impact on attention, psychomotor speed, speed walking, and risk of fall.

Methods:
Attention and psychomotor speed were evaluated by TMT test form A and Stroop test, walking speed was evaluated by two form of Timed Up and Go (TUG) Test. Risk of fall was evaluated by Tinetti test.

Results:
The combination of cognitive and movement training had a positive impact not only on attention and psychomotor speed, but also on walking speed. Risk of fall was reduced.

Conclusion:
Cognitive training or strategy should be conducted as part of physical training with goal to reduce risk of fall.

Keywords:
risk of fall, elderly, attention
