Overview

Demands of editors on the quality of scientific articles are steadily increasing. The reason is the high competition among professional periodicals and also among authors. According to information from editors from a panel discussion at the 5th World Congress of International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) in June 2009 in Istanbul, the manuscripts return to authors takes about 85% of articles sent for consideration. In the texts similar mistakes are generally found. This paper summarizes the basic requirements for a scientific article in the rehabilitation and describes the most common mistakes for which the studies are not accepted for publication. Dedication: Research project MZO 00179906.
