The goal of the presentation is to remind the topic of actinomycosis and at the same time point out that this disease occurs moreoften then usually presumed. Therefore, it is necessary to consider it in differential diagnostic process. Author describes the case ofpulmonary actinomycosis in a worker exposed to inhalation risk of fibrogenic dust. She reminds the complexity of the diagnosticprocess.
