The diabetic foot syndrome is one of the most relevant complications of the diabetes mellitus and it representsa frequent reason for the hospitalisation of diabetic patients. The timely and complex treatment is need for stallingoff or averting the surgical solution. Presented case report describes the patient with diabetic foot syndrome, that isexceptional by the late intercepting in the over wide phase of affection with all organ complications.
