Lymphagioleiomyomatosis is a rare pulmonary disease which affects mainly women of childbearing age. Anobservation of lymphangiomyomatosis in a menopausal woman or in men is considered very unusual. We reporta case of lymphangioleiomyomatosis in a 60-year-old woman.
