The authors discuss the problem of psychiatrie comorbidity in child and adolescent diabetes. DM is a serious somatic disease which has also a negative impact on mental development. Frequently there is a psychiatrie comorbidity. DM is often associated with eating disorders, depressions, anxiety disorders. The problem is illustrated by tase-records.
