The authors describe two tase-records of occupational intoxications with heavy metals supplemented by general theoretical data. A chronic lead intoxication and acute mercury intoxication esere involved. The objective is to inform general practitioners and other specialists in the filed on not very frequent but from the medical and social aspect very serious diseases.
