Published data on non-metastatic signs on internal malignant diseases, including paraneoplastic dermatoses and specific and non-specific skin manifestations of haematological malignancies and solid tumors, are reviewed.Skin manifestations can precede the basic disease, develop simultaneously with it, or become apparent at a later stage.The objective of the review is to draw attention to manifestations which can indicate the necessity of specific examination aimed at revelation of the insidious basic disease.
