The paper discusses the problem of early onset anorexia nervosa. It draws attention to the incidence of thisdisorder in younger age groups and defines specific features in the diagnostic and therapeutic process. Forillustration the case-history of a 12-year-old girl and her own account of the course of the disease is presented.
