Overview
Necrobiosis lipoidica je chronické granulomatózní onemocnění kůže, které bývá sdruženo s diabetem nebo glukózovou intolerancí. Etiologie nemoci není jasná, nejčastěji se zvažuje zásadní role mikroangiopatie. Typickým projevem jsou červenohnědé ploché papuly na přední straně bérců splývající v plošná atrofická ložiska s teleangiektaziemi. Komplikací může být vznik ulcerace v ložisku. Diagnóza se stanoví podle klinického obrazu a případného histologického vyšetření. Léčba necrobiosis lipoidica je neuspokojivá nejsou k dispozici přijaté léčebné postupy. Článek poskytuje současný přehled léčebných metod této nemoci.
