Overview

Melanoma of the external ear was diagnosed in 23 patients, examined during the period of almost 30 years at the Clinic for pigmented tumours of The University Hospital in Hradec Králové. The study provides data regarding age of patients, duration and localization of pigmentation, analyses histopathological findings of excized melanomas, time period to appeareance of metastases and patient’s survival.
