Based on clinical picture, histopathological and direct immunofluorescenceexaminations the diagnosis of paraneoplastic pemphigus was established. Systemic therapy withoral corticosteroids combined with immunosuppressive drugs cured the lesions. The paraneoplasticpemphigus is a rare autoimmune bullous disorder characterized by multiple skin and mucosallesions. It is mostly associated with haematological malignancies, less frequently with solid tumors.
