Beforepresentation the patient suffered from exulcerated plaques with seropurulent secretion which leftmacular hypo- and hyper-pigmented areas on extensor sites of the limbs resembling pyodermagangrenosum scars. During the treatment with diaminodiphenylsulphone melena occurred, whichcould represent a side effect of sulfone (unpublished observation).
