Overview
A 74-year-old woman with history of low-grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma in remission developpedskin and mucosal lesions. Based on clinical picture, histopathological and direct immunofluorescenceexaminations the diagnosis of paraneoplastic pemphigus was established. Systemic therapy withoral corticosteroids combined with immunosuppressive drugs cured the lesions. The paraneoplasticpemphigus is a rare autoimmune bullous disorder characterized by multiple skin and mucosallesions. It is mostly associated with haematological malignancies, less frequently with solid tumors.
