Overview

Described is a case of a histologically confirmed lymph-node metastasis of a basalioma in a patientwith a history of an ulcer not healing for two years, located on the median aspect of the leftknee where a basalioma has been demonstrated histologically. Surgical removal of the primarylesion has been indicated as well as of the enlarged lymph nodes in the groin. In question is a rarecase of metastasis in an otherwise frequently occurring skin tumor.
