Overview
Uterine torsion is defined as a rotation of uterus around its axis by more than 45° in its longitudinal length. Uterine torsion is very rare, it is reported that a physician encounters it only 1 time in a lifetime. Our case describes uterine torsion in a twin pregnancy, in a completely asymptomatic patient, where the diagnosis was made only peroperatively.
