Overview
Cieľ: Posúdenie kvality starostliosti na jednotlivých častiach kliniky z pohľadu pacienta použitím štandardného dotazníku.
Typ štúdie: Retrospektívna observačná štúdia.
Názov a sídlo pracoviska: II. gynekologicko-pôrodnícka klinika, Univerzitná nemocnica Bratislava, Lekárska fakulta Univerzity Komenského Bratislava, Slovensko.
Metodika: Do štúdie sme zaradili všetky pacientky, ktoré boli hospitalizované na II. GPK od 1. 1. 2019 do 1. 3. 2019. Pri prepustení pacientky dostali HCAHPS questionnaire. Získané výsledky sme štatisticky spracovali a porovnali s verejne dostupnými datami zo všetkých nemocníc v USA.
Výsledky: Získali sme 481 dotazníkov vhodných na spracovanie. Celkovo 53,2 % pacientok hodnotilo kliniku ako najlepšiu možnú, 57,4 % pacientok by kliniku určite odporučilo svojim známim. Najväčší rozdiel medzi pacientkami, ktoré hodnotili kliniku vysoko, a medzi tými, ktoré ju hodnotili nízko, bolo vo vnímaní komunikácie sestier (OR: 6.19, CI: 4.46–8.63). Na oddelení šestonedelia sme nenašli štatistický vplyv veku, ale v oblasti komunikácie sestier, pain management, communiation about medicines sme našli štatistický významné rozdiely u žien s rôznym vzdelaním.
Záver: Výrazný vplyv na hodnotenie kliniky má kvalita komunikácie zo strany sestier a lekárov a poučenie pacientok o medikácií. Ženy s vysokoškolským vzdelaním na maternity ward posudzujú kvalitu starosltivosti prísnejšie bez ohľadu na vek.
Klíčová slova:
kvalita starostlivosti – HCAHPS dotazník – pôrodníctvo – skúsenosti pacientov
