Eklampsie jako příčina sekundární neobstrukční centrální spánkové hypoventilace

Overview

Centrální alveolární hypoventilace charakteru Ondininy kletby je onemocnění spojené s chybějící či zhoršenou ventilační odpovědí na hyperkapniia/či hypoxii se současným poklesem saturace až k 50 %. Sekundární formy mohou často vzniknout v rámci inzultu postihujícího mozkový kmen. V prezentované kazuistice předkládáme případ 24leté provorodičky ve 41. týdnu těhotenství s nekomplikovaným průběhem, u které vznikla po eklamptickém záchvatu sekundární neobstrukční spánková hypoventilace.

Prezentované sdělení přináší podporu pro použití domácího BiPAP (Biphasic Positive Airway Pressure) u pacientů se sekundární Ondininou kletbou.
