The microdontic upper lateral incisor with hypoplastic crown was used duringthe prosthetic treatment of the patient with unilateral complete cleft. Low, so called biologicfactor of this tooth, didn’t allow to use it as a classic fixed bridge abutment. It was untraditionalused during the treatment of the large dental defect with the aim to decrease fixed bridge metalconstruction springing in the pontic area.
