In the first part of the paper the author describes the problems of haemostasisin a complex report. He also describes possible influencing of the haemostasis by the anticoagulanttherapy. In the second part of the paper the author focuses his attention on differentprocedures during the dento-surgical treatment of patients with an anticoagulant therapy. Atthe end of the paper, there is a recommendation for an outpatient dento-surgical treatment inthe course of the anticoagulant therapy.
