Overview
Summary:
The quality of the osseointegration of the dental titanium blades and cylindrical enosseal implants was compared at gram project IGA MZ ČR č. 4701-3, with the whole health condition of the patients with inserted implants, characterised by biomedcal testy of the blond and urine. We investigated 419 patients with implants. Evaluation did not made an injury between pathological measurements of the biochemical test and rate success - osseointegration of inserted implants. Value indicated context of increase surface of alcalic phosphatase at blond serum and calciurium at urine of the patients with unsuccessful implantation. Therefore, a special attention should be paid to that kind of biochemical investigation. In patients showing even compensated disorders of digestive tract, injury of a liver or kidney, endocrinnal system, it is necessary to supplement a basic medical investigation with biochemical testy of a blond serum, urine. Based on the above tests, a final decision on the insertion of a dental implant can be made.
