Authors describes the treatment in patient with large fixed bridge on maxillary teeth. On two abutments, both treated with post and core, but not correctly endodontically treated, periapical radiolucency appeared. Also pain and periodontal swelling appeared. Patient undergone repeated periapical surgery without releave from symptoms. Finally the post removal and correct endodontic treatment solved the problem.
