The tendency in dental implantology is to give faster treatment to the patient.Immediate loaded implantation was performed, but initial placement stabilization, specialdesign of the implants and good quality of bone are important for success. This new tendencyin implantology can be used only in specifics cases and with careful adherence to indications.
