The authors discuss the diagnostics and the treatment procedure of facialcutaneous fistulas. They present aethiologically different clinical observations. They emphasizethe importance of the differential diagnostics of the illness and the importance of the eradicationof the inflammatory centre, eventually of the foreign body.
