Overview
The authors evaluate stability of an adhesive – gallium alloy bond after a long term storage and thermal stressem by method described by Watanabe et al (JDR 67:383, Abs. 2159). In the study were used materials Galloy (SDI, Australia) and adhesive composites cements All-Bond C&B (BISCO, USA) and Panavia 21 (Kuraray, Japan). The acquired values of shear bond strength were equivalent or significantly higher for gallium alloy than amalgam bonded by both adhesive cements.
