The first experience with histochemistry of rabbit corneas after the operationLASIK is presented in this study. Activity of the following enzymes was assessed:alkalic phosphatase, acid phosphatase and dipeptidylpeptidase IV. No pathologi-cal activity of assessed enzymes was found in comparison with control corneas.
