Pars plana vitrectomy has become an accepted technique for resolving idiopathicmacular holes and led to an increasing interest in this disease. The authorsdemonstrate on a group of patients the diagnostic possibilities and the follow upof postoperative results, using laser scanning tomography TopSS.
