Overview

Priapism is less common disease noticeable in respect of potentional complications. During the last years an advance has been achieved in diagnosis and in the treatment, although it is necessary to avoid complications which can often occur. The authors summarised etiology, pathogenesis and recent possibility of diagnosis and treatment.
