Overview
Artificial urinary sphincter and inflatable penile prosthesis implantation in first time prosthesis recipients should be performed in a standard fashion. Each step of the procedure should be designed to reduce intraoperative and postoperative surgical and device related complications. This paper provides detailed instructions to help achieve this goal.
Key words:
artificial urinary sphincter, penile prostheses
