Overview
This article is based on an independent survey performed with representative group of Czech general practitioners. Analysis and statistical processing of survey input shows that many general practitioners are interested in hypogonadism and are willing not only to receive new knowledge, but also to cooperate with specialists and share responsibility in this field. Potentially, males with hypogonadism represent a relatively large group of patients and further education of general practitioners and even urologist in this area is therefore needed.
