Overview
At present, both estimated or exactly measured nucleolar morphometry combined with cytochemical and up-to-day morphological procedures might be very useful for evaluating the state of investigated cells such as lymphocytes in situ. However, depending on the cell spreading, the measured values may be different in smear and cytospin preparations.
