Problem of Revisory in Large Hospitals

In Prague health facilities (faculty hospitals grade II and III) in the course of the ten-year existence of the Health InsuranceCompany repeated checks of provision and reporting of health care provided to clients of the General Health InsuranceCompanywere made, as regards volume and quality. The result of controls of data, verified in the documentation of health institutions isthe finding of some general and for some health institutions specific shortcomings which are discussed in detail with referenceto the causes of the majority of shortcomings in the conclusion.Mutual discussions between providers of health care and the General Health Insurance Company should be implemented byagreements and should not be conceived as revision-repression- defence.
