Critical View ot a Revisory Physician in a Dermatovenerological Out-Patient Department

The author presents tindings assembled during revisory ot ambulatory dermatological departments, in particular shortcomings in the documentation ot clinical examinations. Description ot operations by means ot codes differed and was often explained subjectively. The author found shortcomings in the detinition ot standard procedures elaborated by the protessional society. In the majority ot cases overpayment tor the provided work was found. Experience trom the controls indicates probable differences in relations ot different insurance companies and different branch ottices ot the same insurance company to the dermatological department.
