The contribution is aimed at recommendation of a comprehensive procedure of kinesiotherapy inpatients after fractures of proximal end of humerus. It is based on knowledge of functional anatomy,biomechanic and development kinesiology of shoulder girdle. This algorithm was developed at ourworkplace, improved and tested on a group of patients. The basic elements include an early start oftherapy, scapulothoracic mobility, active support of the upper extremity (motion in closed kinematicchains), aimed myofascial treatment, and movement in diagonal directions.
