Diagnosis and therapy of some extragenital forms of endometriosis

Overview
Endometriosis is ectopic presence of endometrium out of uterine cavity. There exists several classifications which suggests way of endometrial spread out of uterus, where belongs r-AFS-classification, ENZIAN-classification and Biberoglu and Behrman symptom score. Between extragenital forms of endometriosis belong thoracic endometriosis, urinary tract endometriosis and rectovaginal or bowel endometriosis. Each of these forms differs in character of symptoms, clinical findings and management of therapy according to localisations and spread. Therapy is either conservative (medicamental) or surgical.
