Overview
Anaphylaxis in pregnancy is fortunately a relatively rare reaction but for a high risk of harm to foetus a very serious critical state. This review therefore summarizes the problem of anaphylaxis in terms of pathophysiology, clinical course, diagnosis and treatment.
Key words:
anaphylactic reaction – anaphylactoid reaction – anaphylactoid syndrome of pregnancy – anaphylactic shock – pregnancy
