Overview
Sleep medicine is a multidisciplinary field involving otorhinolaryngology, neurology, paediatrics and maxillofacial surgery in children treatment. Due to the fragmentation of diagnosis processes and treatments representatives of the surgical section of the Czech Society For Sleep Research and Sleep Medicine created guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of breathing disorders during sleep in childhood.
