Rehabilitácia dolnej inervačnejoblasti tvárového nervu - poloaktívny záves

Chirurgická rehabilitácia dolnej inervačnej oblasti tvárového nervu je posledným, hociiba nedokonalým riešením dlhotrvajúceho deficitu mimiky dolnej oblasti tváre v dôsledku parézytvárového nervu. Opisujú sa indikácie, chirurgická technika, vrátane upozornenia na problémovéoperačné kroky a prvé pooperačné výsledky - štyria pacienti. Vychádza sa z anatomickej a funkčnejsituácie paretickej mimiky, pričom sa dôraz kladie na kritické zhodnotenie chirurgickýchmožnostístav zlepšiť.
