The paper presents the case study of a 55 year old woman with respiratory symptoms at work in the car industry with exposure to diisocyanates. In the course of several years under exposure, asthma bronchiale has developed and was assessed as an occupational disease. Diisocyanates are compounds used in chemical industry as a raw material for production of polyuretan foams, elastomers, glues and painting substances.
