Described case of 73-year-old woman with exitus letalis in shock haemorrhagicus by ruptured great aneurysma of right hepatic artery about 180 × 110 mm (by ultrasonography). The abdominal mass was known about 5years before the dead. The suggested development of aneurysma was aproximately 10 years. The similar sizeof hepatic artery aneurysma was till this time not described in literature.
