The casuistry presents the importance of recording a quality medical documentation which includes written reports of nursing physicians during the contact with the patient. In a policy holder treated for a malignant tumor it is documented how important for the physician providing the spa therapeutic-rehabilitation care is to observe the provision of the Indication Inventory.
