Overview
The communication deals with the connection of the assessment procedure from the point of view of the assessing physician and the formal requirements of the assessment, which result from the assessment process itself, the metho- dology of the medical assessment service, but are also enshrined in applicable legislation. The opinion must meet the criteria of objectivity, persuasiveness and reviewability. When assessing, the doctor is obliged to rely on documents that contain professional documentation or. medical reports and examination results, at the same time based on own findings in a possible personal meeting and other documents such as professional questionnaire, detailed work history, or information from other authorities (Labor Office, employment agencies, school counseling facilities, etc.). The report is the result not only of the medical balance and the medical part of the evaluation, but also of the complex formal formulation of the report's findings and conclusion almost at the level of the expert's report. The medical examiner must deal with all the facts relevant to the assessment and at the same time the assessment must meet demanding formal criteria in order to withstand any appeal proceedings (objection and court proceedings).
