Overview

The author summarizes repeated problems in the controls and revisions in laboratories of medical genetics. She draws attention to obligatory regulations for indication and documentation of laboratory genetic examinations (dispensation of the expertise No. 816), where the errors are most frequent according to the experience of General Medical Insurance.
