Overview
Different definitions of a long-term unfavorable health state in individual expert opinion categories present in individual laws impact negatively, among other things, on the perception of the layman, as well as professional, view of the advisory physician. The advisory physician must only not understand individual definitions, but also their correct implementation in practice. The conclusion, whether there is or isn’t a long-term unfavorable heath state cannot be reached by fleeting glance to medical documentation, but an analysis of anamnesis, evolution of health state, and relations among individual health state disorders. Medical expert opinion as a basis of administrative proceedings with result in the origin, expiration of modification of the valid claims for the benefits should provide conclusion which is unambiguous and understandable for the clients, not just legally flawless.
